Selenium Chai, one of the main contributors to this blog is from the sunny tropical island of Singapore. A mother of 3 boys, she loves life and it’s her vision and passion to help others live better and look better, and ultimately to feel better all the time!
Selenium came from a background in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore and after working several years as a corporate marketing manager she decided to start her own business in the wellness industry.
Today she is a Certified Trainer in Weight Management with Nu Skin Enterprise. She is also a Spa Consultant with the company and has helped many business associates and customers live better and look better with the company’s health and skin care products.
In her free time Selenium enjoys playing the piano, reading books and spending time with her family.
