Dec 21st 2009 How I used Galvanic Spa to relief my stiff shoulder

Recently I went to China and learnt from some experienced spa practitioners how they used the Galvanic Spa to alleviate backache, shoulder ache and so forth.

A video I took of the training they conducted:

So when I experienced a stiff shoulder suddenly a few hours ago, I tried this method using the Body Shaping Gel for a 8 mins treatment on my shoulder and neck. True enough, I felt so much better and relieved after the self-treatment!

Sep 7th 2009 Signs of Inner Peace

This pointers covered by Dr Wayne W Dyer in “You’ll See It When You Believe It” about some signs and symptoms of inner peace are a great reminder to myself about the state of peace I aspire to achieve:

1. A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than on fears based on past experiences.
2. An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.
3. A loss of interest in judging other people.
4. A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others.
5. A loss of interest in conflict.
6. A loss of the ability to worry.
7. Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation.
8. Contented feelings of connectedness ith others and nature.
9. Frequent attacks of smiling.
10. An increased susceptibility to the love extended by others as well as the uncontrollable urge to extend it.

Aug 21st 2009 How we helped 50 children got a new lease of life….

Here’s a fund raising program for South East Asia Children’s Heart Fund put up by the Success Together group at their annual convention at Kuala Lumpur last weekend. It’s called ST Got Talent, and featured various types of performances by various groups from different regions.

ST Got Talent from Selenium Chai on Vimeo.

All in all, we raised over RM 100k in the short 3 days 2 nights event, which helped to save more than 50 children born with congenital heart disease, but were too poor to afford the RM2000 heart surgery.

Thanks to all who contributed and supported this cause in one way or other. It may just be 1% of what we have, but it is 100% hope for the children and their family!

Jun 25th 2008 ERP Joke

This is probably a joke only Singaporeans (and Malaysians) can understand….

With more and more Electronic Road Pricing gantries up and about, even Pedra Branca can’t escape the fate!
